Merchandise purchased using the Shop N Chill platform is sold by the vendor from whose store the merchandise is purchased. Availability of merchandise at your location depends on the individual store. If the store does not deliver to your location, you are informed during the checkout process. Shipping times vary from store to store. Delivery times depend on the method you choose. Refer to the individual store’s shipping policy for details.
Delivery time for orders placed on Shop N Chill depends on the availability of the merchandise at the vendor’s store and the shipping option you choose. Shipping and delivery date estimates will appear during the checkout process. A confirmation of the shipping and delivery dates is presented to you upon placing your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed on Shop N Chill depend on the size, weight, and dimensions of your merchandise and the delivery option you choose during the checkout process. Shipping cost estimates for your merchandise will appear during the checkout process. Merchandise is shipped from individual stores. Multiple items composing an order, bought from different vendors will be shipped from the respective vendors. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with the policies of the shipping companies involved. The consumer is responsible for all taxes and duties wherever applicable.
Limited shipment tracking is currently available for products purchased on Shop N Chill. The status of the shipment can be checked under the “My Wardrobe” link within your account. The shipment method and carrier for your purchased merchandise is listed under your account and also in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
