How to return merchandise
To return merchandise, please go to the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) page. Upon approval a return of authorization number (RMA #) will be issued to you along with mailing instructions and labels. PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT SHIP MERCHANDISE BACK TO THE STORE WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. STORES WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. To receive an RMA number, please follow the link below.
Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit
This applies to the following products: Buffalo, Roots, Elle Essentials, Floto, Koko, Mario Batali, and SOS Eyewear.
You may request an exchange, refund, or a store credit. . Apparel qualifies for an exchange, refund or store credit if returned within two weeks of receipt, provided the apparel includes all original tags,is unworn, unwashed, free of defects, and clearly displays a valid RMA number and notification of return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred in a return.
Exchange or Store Credit
