This sophisticated dress is made from special, textured polyester that looks and feels like raw silk, but will still hold up through washing Three bubble tiers and an adorable sash around the waist enhance the classy and saavy feeling that Starry Night was meant to exude. The dress has a round neck and cap sleeves. (Flower not included…. but gives an adorable accent… don’t you think?!)

The dress is made of a polyester sateen.
