What are Style Consultants?
Shop N Chill™’s style consultant feature allows shoppers to get advice on fashion trends and what to wear.
What is the Style Consultants blog?
Our style consultants are always keeping an eye on the trends and they post the trends they notice to the Style Consultants blog where you can visit and catch up on all the latest trends.
How do I access the Style Consultants area?
To access the Style Consultants area, click the "Style Consultants" menu item from the top menu.
How do I chat with a Style Consultant?
To be able to chat with a Style Consultant:
- First add consultants that you wish to chat with. Add the consultant by clicking the
icon beside the style consultant you wish to add.
- Next, select the consultant from the drop down list of consultants that you have added and begin chatting! Sometimes consultants are offline but they will respond when they come back online, so be patient!
If a style consultant has helped you out, don't be afraid to give them a good rating! Click the star rating, on a scale of one to five that you want to give the consultant.
